Monday - Friday 10am-1pm and 2pm-5pm

The Respect Phoneline is funded by the Home Office and is available for England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
The Respect Phoneline has been accredited by The Helplines Association with the Quality Standard.
Please remember that if you are emailing through a work email address your employer has the right to read your emails. Also, if you are experiencing domestic violence please take steps to ensure that the abuser does not have access to your email address. You can set up a new web-based email address that the abuser is not aware of or you can pick a password that the abuser cannot guess.

We use Language Line and we can arrange to speak to a caller through an interpreter.
Calls may be monitored for training and quality purposes. In most cases, calls are treated as confidential. We do not use technology to identify callers. Our full confidentiality policy is here.
