Ring the Respect Phoneline – 0845 122 8609
We can talk to you about your situation and help you think about how to change. We can point you in the direction of a domestic violence perpetrator programme in your area; if you have already done that and there isn’t one in your area then ring back in a few months time, maybe there is one running then.
The Respect Phoneline is funded by the Home Office and is available for England, Wales and Northern Ireland. We don't currently offer the service to Scotland.
Opening hours
The Respect Phoneline 0845 122 8609 is open:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 10am-1pm and 2pm-5pm
You can leave a message when the lines are closed or busy and we’ll try to get back to you within 2 working days.
You can also email us with your enquiry: phoneline@respect.uk.net

If you are frequently violent to your partner, you should think about moving out of the house and not seeing her for a while. It’s the only way to keep her and your children safe.
Believe in yourself – you can change if you really want to.
