Professionals referring to Dads’ Space 1-2-1
If you want to make referral to Dads Space 1-2-1 you will need to complete a referral form and send to Dads' Space along with a copy of your own report, chronology or risk assessment. Permissions to refer and share the information with Dads' Space will need to be obtained from the family members before a referral is accepted. Once Dads' Space have received all the relevant information and the family are registered on the system, the child(ren) and father will receive their own unique ID and Password. Once logged in to the site they will each be able to access a step-by-step guide on how to use the service and the ability to mail the moderator if they have any further questions.
The resident parent will also have their own unique username and password and be able to facilitate the contact for younger children and monitor the contact so that they can be reassured that all exchange is appropriate. Neither parent can use Dads' Space 1-2-1 as a means to communicate with each other, but if they can contact the moderator with any questions or concerns.
