Often, developing strategies around perpetrator responses is something the domestic abuse sector bears sole responsibility for. The Domestic Abuse Commissioner’s Strategic Reference Group on Perpetrators of Abuse aims to change that by bringing together leaders from a range of services and public bodies to discuss how we can work across sectors to address DA perpetrators.

Jo Todd is one of the 12 members who want to help develop a more strategic approach to perpetrators of domestic abuse that holds them to account and reduces the risk they pose to make victims and survivors safer.

Ahead of the next meeting, Jo is looking to take views from the DA sector to the other members, particularly any concerning effective data recording and collection and information sharing for risk management of serial offenders.

If you would like to contribute, please email Jo.
