Respect is delighted to announce that we are offering FREE online training on Perpetrators of VAWDASV to anyone who works in Wales. This offer has been made possible with funding from the Welsh Government, and in partnership with Welsh Women’s Aid.

Am I eligible, and how do I register?

If your job is based in Wales, you are eligible to register for this free training. You do not need any professional experience in domestic abuse to take this training.

Registration grants four weeks access to the online training course in ‘Training on Perpetrators of VAWDASV’. It also grants optional attendance at three follow-up webinars, led by experts in the field.

When does training start and can I get proof I have completed it?

Access to the online training will be granted to applicants from late January. This training is available in English AND in Welsh. After completing the online training, learners can download their certificate of completion.

How is the training delivered and how long do I have access to it?

This an online, self-paced training course, delivered on a fun, interactive platform. The content is delivered with the use of engaging activities, videos and resources.

From the date you receive your login, you will have access to the online training platform for FOUR weeks. 

You can choose how frequently and how long to study for, enjoying the flexibility to learn when it’s convenient. On average, it takes around 4 - 6 hours to complete the online course.

How do the optional webinars work?

We are offering this training course alongside optional webinars, facilitated by experts in the field. These webinars will be recorded, so if you can’t make them, you can also watch them back at a more convenient time. These webinars will be an hour long each, and we will be releasing dates from January 2022.

If you can attend some of the webinars, we encourage you to do so, as they will enhance and embed learning, and represent an opportunity for you to ask questions.

Mae Respect wrth ein bodd o gyhoeddi ein bod am gynnig hyfforddiant ar-lein AM DDIM ar ‘Gamdrinwyr VAWDASV’ i staff yng Nghymru. Bu’n bosib i ni wneud hyn gyda chyllid gan Lywodraeth Cymru ac mewn partneriaeth â Chymorth i Ferched Cymru.

Ydw i’n gymwys a sut alla i gofrestru?

Os ydych wedi eich lleoli yng Nghymru, rydych yn gymwys i gofrestru am yr hyfforddiant hwn YMA. Nid oes angen profiad proffesiynol mewn cam-drin domestig arnoch i dderbyn yr hyfforddiant.

Mae cofrestru’n rhoi mynediad am bedair wythnos i’r cwrs hyfforddiant ar-lein ‘Hyfforddiant ar Gamdrinwyr VAWDASV. Mae hefyd yn rhoi mynediad dewisol i dair gweminar yn dilyn hynny, dan arweiniad arbenigwyr yn y maes.

Bydd mynediad i’r hyfforddiant ar-lein ar gael i ymgeiswyr o ddechrau Ionawr. Mae’r hyfforddiant ar gael yn Saesneg AC yn Gymraeg. Ar ôl cwblhau’r hyfforddiant ar-lein, gall dysgwyr lawrlwytho eu tystysgrif cwblhau.

Sut y mae’r hyfforddiant yn cael ei gyflwyno, faint y bydd yn para ac am ba hyd fydd o ar gael?

 Cwrs hyfforddiant ar-lein i chi ei wneud yn eich pwysau yw hwn. Mae’r cynnwys yn cael ei ddarparu drwy ddefnyddio gweithgareddau ac adnoddau rhyngweithiol a gafaelgar (dim hwylusydd).

O’r dyddiad y derbyniwch eich manylion mewngofnodi, bydd y llwyfan hyfforddiant ar-lein ar gael am BEDAIR wythnos i chi. Gallwch ddewis pa mor aml a pha mor hir i astudio, gan fwynhau’r hyblygrwydd i ddysgu pan fo’n gyfleus i chi. Ar gyfartaledd mae’n cymryd rhwng 4-6 awr i gwblhau’r cwrs ar-lein.

Sut y mae’r gweminarau dewisol yn gweithio?

Cynigir yr hyfforddiant hwn ochr yn ochr â gweminarau dewisol, wedi eu hwyluso gan arbenigwyr yn y maes. Bydd y gweminarau hyn yn cael eu recordio felly os na allwch fynychu, gallwch hefyd eu gwylio’n ôl pan fo’n fwy cyfleus i chi. Bydd pob gweminar yn para awr yr un a byddwn yn rhyddhau’r dyddiadau o fis Ionawr 2022 ymlaen.
