We’ve recently partnered up with Charitable Travel, a travel agent that donates its commission to the customer’s charity of choice. We spoke to their Marketing Assistant, Maddy Foot, who told us all about the organisation, and their mission to make travel a force for good.

"Charitable Travel was set up in April 2020 as a registered social enterprise and travel agent. Our unique approach allows customers to donate 5% of the price to the charity of their choice. We offer a wide range of global holiday destinations in partnership with over 170 ATOL-protected companies. We are also B-Corp registered, which shows that Charitable Travel meets high standards of accountability and transparency on factors from employee benefits to charitable giving.

"Partnering with Charitable Travel benefits and supports charities in many ways, increasing their reach and introducing a new revenue stream, all at absolutely no cost to them! Our package of marketing opportunities includes the creation of a dedicated landing page and holiday offers page, inclusion in our bi-monthly magazine through adverts, a feature on our YouTube channel called #OneAmazingMinute, where we spotlight their impactful work, and more.

"We aim to support a whole range of charities, with a variety of different beneficiaries and visions. The founder of Charitable Travel is transgender, so LGTBQ+ charities and their beneficiaries hold a particularly special place in her heart.

"We believe that Respect’s mission is an extremely important one, and we’re glad that our work can help advance it."
