Lessons from Domestic Homicide Reviews: a focus on perpetrators

This workshop will explore lessons from ten years of DHRs in relation to perpetrators who kill - and the implications for practice and service delivery. 

This workshop will be delivered by Davina James-Hanman (DHR Chair and author, Respect Accreditation Panel Chair, DHR Quality Assurance Assessor, and DHR researcher)

This practice development session will help managers to:

  • Identify key learnings from DHRs which have impacted services working with perpetrators
  • Consider pro-active steps to ensure robust delivery of services
  • Reflect on the current processes services have in place to manage client risk
