Keeping accurate and timely records can be challenging for busy practitioners. This PDD will help Service Managers support their team to accurately record every contact in a timely manner, while the rationale for this is fresh in their mind. Our experience in Accreditation has shown us that this is something that services often overlook.

This PDD will support Service Managers to provide a service that is compliant with the Respect Standards.

This practice development session will help service managers:

  • Support their staff to confidently use professional judgment and record all decisions and rationale clearly and accurately.
  • Use tools such as templates to ensure quality and consistency of case-recording.
  • Explore defensible decision-making and understand how to ensure actions undertaken have the appropriate managerial oversight and that this is recorded.

Please be aware that this is a first-come, first-served free event, for Accredited Members only, with a limit of 3 per service
