It can be challenging to work in a multi-agency setting where you encounter victim blaming attitudes. This PDD will support practitioners to respectfully challenge victim blaming, support good practice and foster a culture where perpetrators are held to account. We will also explore best practice  for case management and the flow of information between the ISS and perpetrator services, and how best to centre survivors voices in the intervention.

This practice development session will help practitioners:

  • Explore strategies to respectfully challenge victim blaming and support good practice
  • Learn how to foster a culture in multi agency settings of holding perpetrators to account
  • Explore best practice for case management
  • Learn to manage the flow of information between the ISS and perpetrator services, and how best to centre survivors voices in the intervention
