Zoë began as a Project Support Officer in 2019 with SafeLives. She worked across many projects in the domestic abuse sector and on intervention development, with focus around multi-agency working, the whole family approach and hidden victims. She worked on many partnership ventures such as the Pathfinder ‘Whole Health’ model as part of a consortium with Standing Together, Imkaan, Irisi and AVA, a supported housing model with Shared Lives and a digital development project for young people facing domestic abuse with On Our Radar.
She used the knowledge gained from this work as a bridge into frontline work and spent time as a Domestic Abuse Support Worker, supporting women and families in refuge in Bristol. Returning to project work, she joined Respect in October 2020 to work with the Drive Partnership as the Practice Project Manager, working with the Practice team to coordinate the expansion of the Drive programme across England and Wales.
