Emma Dixon

Emma joined Respect in 2021, and leads the charity’s communications activity.

In a career centring on public health, Emma is passionate about tackling health inequalities and driving behaviour change. Most recently, she worked alongside community and faith organisations to promote organ donation in Black and Asian communities. Prior to that, her focus was on palliative care, working at national and regional charities to challenge misconceptions and raise awareness.

Whilst Emma’s roots are in digital marketing, she has experience across campaigning, brand development, public relations, and publications.

Outside of work, Emma loves growing and eating her own food, listening to soul music and hanging out with her tabby Ernie.
