Rebecca has worked in the domestic abuse sector since 2008 in various roles including frontline support, management and coordination with a focus on systems change.

Before joining Respect, Rebecca was the DAHA Manager and Whole Housing Programme Manager at Standing Together. This included working with a multi-agency team to improve how the housing sector responds to domestic abuse and embeds within a coordinated community response. 

Rebecca has worked with Women’s Aid Federation of England as the Development Manager for Change that Lasts, setting up and delivering the initial pilot sites in England.

In 2014, she was the Team Manager of the Healthy Relationships, Healthy Baby programme (now For Baby’s Sake) at the Stefanou Foundation, a domestic abuse and mental health programme for expectant parents. 

In 2012, Rebecca led on a project with the South East Coast Ambulance Service to establish a domestic abuse response within the Trust, the first of its kind within an ambulance service in England.
