Rosie Jarvis is the National Programme Lead for Drive, a partnership formed of Respect, Safelives and Social Finance. 

Rosie has worked in the domestic abuse sector since 2005, starting in various frontline practitioner roles before moving into management. This work has included being the IDVA service manager in Brighton and working at Advance in West London as the Domestic Abuse Project Manager and Programme Lead setting up and overseeing Angelo, a partnership of specialist agencies across London delivering specialist services across the different strands of VAWG. 

Rosie has been involved in the delivery and development of Drive since 2016 initially as a service manager setting up one of the pilot sites before moving into the central team as an expert advisor before taking up the role of National Programme Lead at Respect once the Drive response began to expand past the initial sites. 

As part of this role, Rosie has been involved in the setting up of new projects, building stakeholder relationships, and overseeing the practice team ensuring the national development of the Drive model and workforce development across the multi-agency eco-system in which Drive sits.
