Rachael Reynolds

Rachael joined Respect in October 2021 as the Safe and Together Project Manager.

Rachael’s work in the domestic abuse sector includes roles in various frontline services, management, and workforce and practice development. She has worked on national helplines and as an IDVA in a Multiple Disadvantage Service before moving into management roles; overseeing community and accommodation-based services.

When working for a Local Authority as part of the VAWG Workforce Development Team, Rachael developed and delivered training programmes to several agencies across the borough working with families affected by domestic abuse. Alongside this she offered one-to-one case consultations to practitioners to support ongoing practice development.
